Return Policy

At VEVÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Period:

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

How to Return:

Return Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and shipped via a trackable shipping service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process:

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
